Job SummaryAn excellent opportunity has arisen within the Joan Duncan School of Entrepreneurship, Ethics & Leadership in the College of Business & Management for the post of Administrative Support 2.
The Administrative Support 2 will provide administrative support services to the Incubator Manager. He/she will be responsible for coordinating the Accounts Receivable activities within the Unit as required by Supervisor/Manager.
The preferred applicant will possess: a Diploma in Administrative Management, book keeping or a related discipline; at least two (2) years experience in an Administrative/Accounting position; sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
Sound knowledge of, and experience in, Accounts Receivables, customer service and project co-ordination will be a distinct asset.
