Job SummaryThe Technology Department is seeking faculty members with a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and research.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of securing external research funding, publishing in peer-reviewed journals and mentoring students. Applicants who demonstrate the ability to establish a research agenda that applies technology to addressing energy (especially clean energy) and environmental challenges critical to small island states will be given special consideration.
The successful candidates will teach undergraduate electrical engineering/engineering technology courses, advise students and assist in the review and development of programmes and courses. Candidates must have a terminal. (or equivalent degree) in electrical engineering/engineering technology or a closely related field from an accredited university, and a minimum of five years of full-time teaching or research at the tertiary level
