The Nursing Division is seeking candidates who will teach 24 credits per academic year in Psychiatric-Mental Health nursing and other basic nursing courses in an Associate of Science in Nursing Program in the position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Nursing-Psychiatric Mental Health.
A Master’s degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and clinical experience is required.
A Doctorate in Nursing or related field is preferred. Applicants should possess previous experience in collegiate teaching, familiarity with ACEN accreditation processes, and the ability to work with a diverse population.
While performing job duties, employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close, distance and color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Work environment: The noise level in the work environment will probably be moderate.
