Our client a leading multi-service company is seeking the services of a dynamic and high performance driven, Director, Integrated Human Resource Services.

Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Providing the overall strategic human resource leadership to the organisation through the development and implementation of human resource policies and programs.
  • Maintaining / enhancing awareness of HR best practices to ensure practices are relevant, market competitive and supportive of Company employment brand.
  • Developing, interpreting, and providing a range of management reports/metrics, using data to drive decisions, analyses trends from data and provide value-added solutions to operational problems.



  • Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • BSc Degree in Business Administration with relevant Training.
  • Certification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations.
  • Adept at Conflict and Grievance resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility for dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years professional experience.
  • Must be results driven and possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication (verbal and written), organisational and problem-solving skills; and possess an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
