Job Summary

The Southern Regional Health Authority (SRHA) invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Senior Secretary – Human Resources Department (OPS/SS3).

Job Description

Successful candidate will provide secretarial support services to the Director, Human Resources & Industrial Relations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate in Administrative  Management Level 2
  • CXC or GCE O’ Level English Language
  • Proficiency in typewriting at a speed of 50-55 words per minute
  • A minimum of four to five (4-5) years working experience as a Secretary

Or

  • Secretarial Diploma from a recognized institution
  • CXC or GCE O’ Level English Language
  • Proficiency in typewriting at a speed of 50-55 words per minute
  • A minimum of four to five (4-5) years working experience as a Secretary

Or

  • Certified Professional Secretarial Course
  • CXC or GCE O’ Level English Language
  • Proficiency in typewriting at a speed of 50-55 words per minute
  • A minimum of four to five (4-5) years working experience as a Secretary

  • The ability to communicate effectively in oral or written format
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • PC Operating skills
