The Hydrology Technician I collects and analyzes surface and groundwater data, prepares reports and visualizations for the database, and supports water resource management functions.

The incumbent develops and implements the annual training plan, conducts needs assessments, manages training programs and external resources, evaluates training effectiveness, and supports succession planning and employee development.
