Administrative Officer, Human Resource Management Department
Job SummaryApplications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the vacant position of Administrative Officer, Human Resource Management Department within the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA).
Job Responsibilities Include:
Providing a high level of technical, professional and administrative support to the Head – Human Resource Management Department.
This will include receptionist duties, drafting correspondence, preparing Human Resources related reports, conducting research, minor project work and organising the Head’s office.
Competencies required for the post:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive matters that will impact on the overall success of the Department.
- Sound office management competencies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High level of courtesy and attention to detail in giving and receiving information.
- Good analytical skills
Qualification and Experience
Degree in Public/Business Management or any other equivalent qualification and a minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience.
