We are searching for an experienced restaurant Maitre' D to join our highly professional team onboard.

Working as Assistant Dining Room Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the main A La Carte Restaurant, ensuring the highest possible standards are provided to our 6* clientele.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, handling any complaints, overseeing service, ensuring special requests are met, training of the team, as well as general paperwork and administration.

As the deputy for the Ma?tre D' Hotel, you will provide guidance and assistance to the other 5 outlets, room service and the 3 crew eating areas onboard.

Previous experience of working in both a Maitre' D in a fine dining restaurant, and in a luxury ship environment are essential, as is the ability to manage a team of up to 60 people. Strong computer literacy is also essential, with knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and MXP preferred.

The position is available immediately.

Candidates will need to be fluent in English, as well as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin or Portuguese.

Contracts are for around 5 months. Single Cabin provided.
