Job Summary

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager on behalf of leading family cruise line.

Job Description

As part of a team of 3-4, this role supports the HR functions including but not limited to :

  1. Coordination of company policies
  2. Compensation & Benefits
  3. Performance Management
  4. Learning & Development
  5. Partnering with shore-side HR services: Recruiting, Planning & administration, learning & development, compliance


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR operation with at least 1 year in management / operations
  • Previous ship board experience
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management concepts
  • Advanced education in HR
  • Sound computer skills


Average contract rotation: 4 months on / 2 months off
