Job Summary

Our client, a well-known family orientated cruise line, is currently seeking candidates for the role of "Assistant Quick Service Manager".

Job Description

This role is:

  • Responsible for overseeing assigned Quick Service areas (either Crew & Officer Mess, Room Service, Buffet Restaurants and Fast Food Outlets/Casual Dining, and/or open deck operation)
  • Maintaining and overseeing assigned areas schedule; appropriately assigns daily areas of focus and direction of Quick Service crew
  • Monitoring and evaluating service standards on a day to day basis and identify on going improvement opportunities

Minimum requirements:

  • At least one year managerial experience in a high volume Food & Beverage venue. Front and Back of house
  • Proven background in high guest contact position
  • Hotel management or apprenticeship program preferred
  • Working knowledge of computer software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Average contract rotation 4 months on / 2 months off
