Job Summary

This role is part of a larger team servicing ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, assisting team members in the delivery of administration services for trust and company structures.

Job Description

You will be expected to work with some supervision, but must be organised, accurate, self-motivated, and client-focused.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • assisting team members in the administration of trusts and companies 
  • interacting with third party professionals, both locally and overseas, in a courteous and professional manner 
  • processing additions, distributions, payments from structures, including drafting resolutions and filing thereof as need be 
  • opening any required brokerage or bank accounts for entities including drafting and collation of all necessary forms and required due diligence documentation 
  • reviewing bank and brokerage statements for discrepancies and arranging for their subsequent filing 
  • maintaining a good knowledge of the bank’s anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism policies and procedures 
  • interacting with other departments as necessary in the implementation of the above duties 
  • knowledge and adherence with policies, procedures and applicable laws, to include but not limited to all money laundering regulations 
  • performing other duties as assigned 



Required qualifications and skills:

  • preferably a relevant Bachelor’s degree or working towards  a Bachelor’s Degree or evidence of relevant experience in the financial industry 
  • highly organised 
  • must deal with clients, in a professional and courteous manner 
  • consistently able to meet tight deadlines and able to work extra hours as need be from time to time 
  • work within a team, covering other positions when necessary 
  • excellent verbal and written skills 
  • familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
