This associate will provide the best customer experience possible while setting the stage for a successful sales presentation for guests traveling on Wyndham promotional packages and invited Company Marketing Program tours.
 

Position Summary:

This position will be cross-trained into different roles. This associate will provide the best customer experience possible while setting the stage for a successful sales presentation for guests traveling on Wyndham promotional packages and invited Company Marketing Program tours. This includes but is not limited to providing information on area attractions, verifying eligibility, scheduling tour times, presenting gift premiums and providing directions to hotels, box offices and sales centers. In addition to this, she/he will ensure contracts worksheets are approved prior to entry in Sale Point. Enter all contracts into Sale Point and CRS. Ensure all contracts are returned in a timely manner accurately signed and all documentation attached for submissions to corporate. Process all incoming contracts for transmittal to corporate office; record all money transactions; make deposits; proof read contracts for accuracy; and ensure notarization is accurate and complete. Provide daily support to the Supervisor; assist with necessary duties to ensure all contracts are processed for Vegas.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with everyone you come in contact with
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to achieve site mandated performance expectations, including no-hook conversion
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all premiums and cash
  • Ability to determine eligibility, including but not limited to proper gift offers, scheduling appropriate tour time and qualification to tour
  • Accurate data entry, including but not limited to CRS, tracking spreadsheet documentation/reports, validate premium and cash reports
  • Maintain proper inventory of bank and cash reports
  • Confirm marketing package arrivals
  • Ability to handle proprietary information in a confidential and classified manner
  • Answer calls and guests questions in a professional manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Track personal progress and goals to improve knowledge of business and self-motivation
  • Wear neat and clean Wyndham issued uniforms including name tag and Count On Me button
  • Participate in daily Count On Me training
  • Preparation of Timeshare Sales Contracts for Sales Department and Property Owners.
  • Maintain Property Owner Information.
  • Prepare and balance cash and deposits for Contracts Department.
  • Provides information for Sales Department as necessary.
  • Assist Contract Supervisor in support of Sales Staff.
  • Preparation and maintenance of legal documents.
  • General office work and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Full availability required including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills, 2 years minimum
  • Professional business appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to constant change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Cash handling experience, one plus years
  • Must be organized, self motivated and goal oriented
  • Moderate computer and typing skills
  • High School Diploma/GED College degree preferred.
