Corporate Banking Administrator

This role encompasses responsibilities for numerous support tasks performed within the Corporate Banking business unit. Reporting to the Corporate Banking Senior Management Team the role is responsible for the implementation and oversight of both Group and Departmental specific procedural controls pertaining to Corporate Banking.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • preparing regular Standard and Internal Management Reports
  • assisting the Corporate Banking Middle Office and Investigations Teams
  • liaising with the client on-boarding and amendments team to ensure timely processing
  • assisting with audit and SOX reviews
  • implementing and monitoring of processes and procedures and testing quality assurance controls
  • management of alert responses, conducting WLF/SAM alerts and Periodic Reviews
  • assisting with the annual review of business line’s Procedure Manuals
  • assisting in the completion of on-going transaction analysis and reporting of suspicious activities
  • providing coverage for team members, providing excellent client service, managing and developing clients, supporting administration and relationship management through meetings and events
  • working collaboratively with other departments across the business.

Your qualifications and skills include:

  • high school level education required, an Associate/Bachelor’s degree would be advantageous
  • ideally experience within banking and related knowledge of products and services
  • client focused with a high degree of professionalism and discretion; culturally astute
  • strong team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a dynamic environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high degree of accuracy
  • conversant with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
