Job Summary

This is a rare opportunity to join the World's best small luxury criuse line as a trainee, in a busy galley onboard a 6* Cruise ship.

Job Description

The trainee will be exposed to all sections of the galley department, including sauce, pastry, larder, butchery and more of the busy production kitchen and perhaps some of the outlet kitchens as well.

Candidates will require a culinary diploma from a recognised school as well as having some practical experience in the industry.

The salary for the placement will be discussed at time of interview.
