Job Description

This position is being advertised prior to contract renewals with a view to attracting suitably qualified Bermudians/Spouses of Bermudians.  Registration with Bermuda Medical Council is mandatory.

Required qualifications: Emergency Department KEMH: Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (US, Canada, Australia), Consultant with Specialist Registrar Training in Accident and Emergency Medicine (UK), or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years experience in Emergency Medicine.  BLS, ACLS, APLS or PALS and ATLS certification.

Benefits include vacation, full malpractice cover, relocation allowance and housing subsidy where applicable. The Bermuda Hospitals Board will also offer cross training in Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care to any physicians employed on a long term contract if they agree to work in the Hyperbaric and Wound Care Department at KEMH, on a part-time basis following the successful completion of this training.

Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Center; Board Certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (US, Canada, Australia), with at least 2 years of experience working in Urgent Care. BLS, ACLS, APLS or PALS, and ATLS certification.
