Financial Controller

~~  Primary job functions include:

• Manage all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury management, employee payroll, etc.
• Supervise, manage, and mentor financial department staff accountants.
• Prepare and issue timely monthly/annual financial statements to corporate office for all operating companies.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide various spreadsheet analysis when required.

          Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, including minimum of 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience in similar position.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Associates Degree in Business/Accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel is required, and knowledge of accounting software (Peachtree) and point of service (Aloha POS) programs are preferred. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy in work product.
• Flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
