Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Food and Beverage Supervisor who will produce, manage, and maintain hotel luxury Food and Beverage standards while providing leadership through an active hands-on role.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience in managing or supervising bars and venues in high end/luxury environments and at least 3 years’ experience within 4 or 5 star hotels. Will have profound food and beverage knowledge in addition to strong customer service experience and the ability to handle conflict and resolve problems proactively and professionally.

This position requires a candidate with high attention to detail, positive attitude and who can excel at dealing with team members. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; including a busy bar, and emphasize consistent teamwork. The position will include A.M. and P.M. shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidate should have expert working knowledge of POS system, preferably MICROS.  Ideally the chosen candidate will have Knowledge in Marriott brand standards.  Must have previous experience in Bartending/Mixology as well as knowledge in food and beverage, spirits and liquors.
