Job Summary

Reporting to the Spa Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Spa with direct responsibility for all aspects of Reception, Reservations and Retail Departments.

Job Description


  • Providing administrative support to all spa departments and coordinating sales activities
  • Assisting with the recruitment, development, training and supervision of all teams
  • Assisting with annual operational budgets to include controlling expenses and payroll
  • Daily and monthly finance reports, conducting inventories and maintaining supplies’ par levels
  • Maintaining and implementing processes which improve employee engagement and guest satisfaction 
  • Other related duties as assigned



  • Bachelors Degree in a related field and experience in the hospitality industry would be an asset
  • 3 years experience in a hotel management supervisory position within a spa an asset 
  • Proven administrative and leadership skills, retail experience an asset
  • Ability to prepare and deliver training presentations
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), organization, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills required
  • Proven record of effective fiscal management including increasing revenues
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications required


Visa Requirements: Non-Bermudian candidates will need to qualify for a Bermuda Department of Immigration work permit applied for by the Fairmont Southampton Hotel
