Job Summary

We are looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties.

Job Description

Your role is to act as the liaison between Managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.



  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Management
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Prepares job letters, contracts, job descriptions and other requested documents
  • Issuing and ordering of uniforms
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Develop and Maintain a tracking system (preferably using Micropay) for Sick Leave, Vacation and any other applicable leaves
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes as necessary
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Administrate the Company’s medical plan
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates



  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Completion of Tertiary level education
