The Manager, Process Development is charged with the responsibility of coordinating all process engineering activities relating to waste water management, process devel-opment, Agro-processing and Technology Transfer.

The SRC invites applicants from suitably qualified individuals to the fill the post of Divisional Manager, Process Development who will be responsible for the planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating of all Process Engineering activities relating to wastewater management, process development, agro-processing, and technology transfer. Also, provide guidance and oversight on business/income ventures and quality management activities to ensure that the organization achieves its mission. The posts reports to the Executive Director.



  • PhD in Process Engineering; Environmental Science; Food Chemistry/Technology; Agro-production or equivalent
  • Certification in Project Management
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.



  • At least five (5) years’ post qualification experience in process engineering in a manufacturing or research and development organization, of which two (2) years should have been in a senior position.


Key Functions:

  • Plan, organise direct and control the administration of the Process Development Division of the Council.
  • Initiate, supervise and monitor the execution of programmes and projects in process engineering and process activities in areas under supervision.
  • Prepares the annual divisional operating plan, reports and budgets.
  • Negotiates significant supply contracts, financial arrangements and sales agreement.
  • Provide advice to the Board Committees, Parent Ministry and other Government official on Process Development issues.
