Drive overall execution of marketing strategy via marketing activities and campaigns, including content, web and social media

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY include but not limited to:

  • Daily management of the portfolio of communication channels to achieve the short- and long-term growth objectives of the organization in membership, partnership & ownership 
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting on campaign and channel performance, provide insights into opportunities to optimize and course-correct whenever necessary. 
  • Plan, design and deploy annual marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution within budgetary and time constraints.
  • Analyse and build strategic relationships and partnerships that will elevate the brand.
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies for discussion and consideration at G-meetings
  • Develop creative briefs and provide direction to meet objectives for all public-­facing communications and create effective marketing materials, including print, digital, and video assets aligned with specific campaign and product launch initiatives
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop integrated on-site marketing and digital tactics
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. 
  • Managing brand consistency across various platforms and channels 
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase member and partner conversions, and generate more qualified leads

We’re a successful 20-year old luxury tourism organization with room to grow and we’re looking for a self-starting Marketing professional to manage our marketing channels, tell our story and build effective marketing campaigns to generate leads, sales conversions and raise overall brand awareness with key target audiences.

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, great at working independently but can also work with and inspire others when working in a team setting. We are looking for someone experienced with unique guerrilla marketing strategies instead of corporate traditional marketing techniques, someone who knows how to maximize exposure with limited marketing spend. You will be reporting to the Head of Reservations, and work closely with the CEO, COO and overall management team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred 
  • Minimum 3 years of strategy & marketing experience 
  • Experience with product marketing, positioning, social media and digital marketing 
  • Proven project management skills, effective self-starter, meets deadlines routinely 
  • Familiar with tourism industry and understanding of the North American market 
  • Excellent verbal, written & graphical communications skills 
  • Strong team player and builder, receptive to ideas from others 
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively 
  • Fluent in English. French is a nice to have. 



  • You have experience in the tourism and travel industry. 
  • You are tech savvy and have experience leading social media campaigns.
