Job Summary

Responsible for the management and execution of Marketing campaigns and activities to support the achievement of revenue growth targets for the Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) business. (6 months contract)

Job Description

Major responsibilities

  • Own and drive the campaign planning process for all RBWM campaigns 
  • Plan, formulate and implement Marketing activities and campaigns within budget 
  • Ensures all campaign activity aligns with financial goals determined by the business and defined in the Annual RBWM Marketing Plan 
  • Support customer acquisition in key segments, building the HSBC brand presence and supporting the local activation of campaigns and events 
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and effectively manage agency and supplier relationships to maximise service delivery 

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of proven and progressive marketing experience 
  • Minimum of two years financial services marketing experience 
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, project and process management skills 
  • Experience in management or development of marketing support materials 
  • Strong knowledge of the business, products and services supported as well as the external environment affecting them 
  • Experience in application of media, advertising creative, marketing communications, and public relations to drive a business forward through its marketing plan 
  • Demonstrate outstanding written and oral communications skills 
  • Well-developed copy-writing, copy-editing and proofreading skills 
  • Presentation skills
