You will be required to collaborate with various internal partners in the delivery of a customized holistic approach to your High Volume (HV) clients.

Private Banking and Investments Unit is looking for someone who has the desire and ability to manage and grow the Private Banking portfolio of High Volume (HV) clients through a personalized and confidential approach that is geared to meeting the clients'  financial needs. You will be required to collaborate with various internal partners in the delivery of a customized holistic approach to your HV clients.


What will you do?

  • Build, retain and deepen client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience to high value clients.
  • Assist with building on and executing client strategies and action plans including proactive contact & follow-up strategy using sales advice & planning tools.
  • Delivery of Financial Literacy for clients and their family members.
  • Proactively monitor client affairs and identify product and solution opportunities for both business and personal needs in order to leverage the expertise of the RBC Financial Group.
  • Support high quality credit book through strong client selection, thorough financial discovery, regular updating of financial position and client information, proactive identification and management of deteriorating and weak accounts.


What do you need to succeed?


  • 5 years of progressive experience in Personal/Commercial Banking, preferably  in a Relationship Management role
  • Sound knowledge of all Banking Operations, Sales Routines and Products/Services
  • University Degree or equivalent education
  • Strong organizational skills and business orientation
  • Broad and/or deep understanding of the various products available across RBC group to support client advice and partnering
  • Strong strategic thinker
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • High achievement orientation / results driven
  • Strong customer service and sales skills



  • Financial Planning designation or equivalent certification in Financial Planning.
  • Previous  successful sales experience in a financial industry
  • Experience in creating a referral network or possesses a current extensive network of centres of influence
