This position is responsible of leading the coordination of process and people to ensure projects and multifunctional activities are on time and produce the desired results.
This role serves as the go-to person for process organization and timeline. Tracks and monitors detailed activity plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and activities.
  2. Ensure that all activities are deliver on time in full, within scope and budget.
  3. Develop activity/project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility in terms of timing and resources.
  4. Work with Managers and Team Members to support the identification of resources allocation and availability.
  5. Coordinate touch points and follow ups with team members responsible of the activities – maintain updated status and provide visibility to them of near due dates.
  6. Develop a detailed project/process plan to track progress --- send weekly status to all team members involved.
  7. Coordinate bi-weekly cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to provide updated status and identify actions needed to accelerate any activity that may be affected.
  8. In charge of the coordination related to project initiation, scheduling, monitoring, control and termination (delivery) from Planning to Execution with cross-functional teams.
  9. Risk assessment and timeframe adjustments are key part of the monitoring process. Report and escalate with management when needed.
  10. Support team members to create and maintain documentation. Provide updates to documentation

  • 2-3 year of experience managing projects and proven experience in regards to time management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Industrial Engineering (preferable) // Business Administration 
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Systems proficiency Microsoft Office, Project Management
