Palm Island Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager to run the day-to-day Operation of 2 Bars and 2 Restaurants on the Island. The candidate must be energetic, engaging, flexible, motivated, and able to think on their feet.

Duties & Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in the same position in 4 / 5 Stars All Inclusive Resorts – Caribbean.
  • Coordinate daily the Restaurants & Bars Management Operation.
  • Hire and train the Employees following the Company Policies.
  • Deliver Superior Food and Beverage Service and maximize Customer Service.
  • Upgrade the Restaurant & Bar Operation and maintain high Standards of Health, Safety and Sanitation (HAACP/Serve Safe).
  • Maintain the Restaurants and Bar Revenues, Profitability and Quality.
  • Strong Leadership skills with a commitment to achieving Results and controlling the Costs.
  • Exceptional Service Standards with attention to Detail and an entertaining personality to keep our guests happy.
  • Possess strong Management, Organization, Communication & Customer Service Skills.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Hands on Approach.
  • Able to motivate the Team.
  • Dedicated, passionate, hard worker.
  • Able to function under pressure.
  • Able to live and work on a remote Island.

Position available immediately with a single Accommodation.

Salary / Package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
