Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The  Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage must be familiar with all systems and procedures for Fine Dining, Conference Dining, Banquets, Room Service, Main Lounge and Cocktail Receptions. 
  • The Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage must have the ability to anticipate potential problems as they relate to food and beverage areas. 
  • He or she is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of all food and beverage services. 
  • Strong organization and communication skills are required, as well as management experience, in order to coordinate the efforts and resources of the Food and Beverage Service Departments.
