Bequia Beach Hotel, a privately owned member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, located in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, is seeking an experienced Restaurants & Bars Operations Manager with proven expertise in managing food and beverage outlets within luxury resort environments.

The resort features two restaurants and bars, a conference room, and hosts weddings.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on service, ensuring smooth operations while actively supporting the team during peak hours. They will be adept at driving guest satisfaction, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of excellence across both front- and back-of-house operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of two restaurants and bars, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction, in close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef.
  • Actively support the team during rush hours to maintain smooth service delivery.
  • Curate beverage menus, including wine and cocktail selections, tailored to guest preferences and resort identity.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews for staff, fostering a motivated and service-oriented team.
  • Monitor inventory and supplier relationships to maintain quality and control costs.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to design seasonal promotions and special events.
  • Review menus and presentation of dishes to deliver a five-star culinary experience.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and guest engagement.
  • Flexibility is essential in this role, as it involves working breakfast, lunch and dinner assisting in the restaurants and bars when needed during peak hours.

 

Additional Information

  • The successful candidate must be able to live and work in the Caribbean Islands.
  • The position is available from October 1st 2026, and includes single accommodation.
  • Salary and package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
