Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven and eager to succeed Sales Executive who can demonstrate success in developing new business.  You will be responsible for driving new business revenue through lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by finding and engaging qualified prospects via phone and email
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and sales pipeline status is up to date
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Previous sales experience preferably in online sales or recruitment
  • Background in ecommerce or media preferred


This position is based in Barbados

We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission
