Job Summary

Responsible for all data support and the receiving, controlling, recordkeeping and shipment of classified data for the AUTEC Project.

Job Description


  • Lead duties include technical guidance, training and scheduling of staff. 
  • Determines test data and work load requirements for data clerks.
  • Performs Quality Assurance on all data packages.
  • Liaison for customer data requirements.
  • Safe custodian. Hazmat custodian.
  • Responsible for the update of the Lost Weapons report. 
  • Provides input to Performance Assessments. 
  • Refers disciplinary problems to manager.
  • Conducts necessary inventories and compiles required reports.
  • Responsible for the availability and ordering of all special charts, maps, software and manuals for customer support.
  • Responsible for retention and ordering of all internal forms and data support supply replenishment. 
  • Assumes responsibility for the data handling, storage and movement team during Hurricane evacuations.
  • Document Control Custodian in the absence of assigned personnel.
  • Performs other related duties as required.




  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Five (5) years related experience working in a data control or office environment.
  • Experience handling classified materials and a working knowledge of security requirements and procedures. 
  • Valid Drivers License and passport will be required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility to meet scheduled shift requirements for direct real-time and other data support.
  • Must be able to work extended hours that are test dependent, approximately 8-12 hours both day and night rotating shifts.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.
  • This position requires the individual to be eligible to obtain a US Government security clearance;   US Citizenship is required.
