PILLAR 01
Product Management

Lead go-to-market strategy for all banking products — deposits, lending, cards, digital and insurance — across the full product lifecycle from design to discontinuation.

PILLAR 02
Brand & Corporate Communications

Own and evolve the ACB Caribbean brand. Lead advertising, media, PR, sponsorships, and all corporate communications — protecting and building brand equity across every touchpoint.

PILLAR 03
Market Intelligence & Data Analytics

Build and govern a rigorous intelligence capability — customer research, competitive analysis, regulatory monitoring, and campaign analytics — to drive evidence-based decisions.

PILLAR 04
Customer Segmentation & Sales Enablement

Own the customer segmentation framework and equip the sales and distribution network with tools, campaigns, and collateral to acquire, grow, and retain customer relationships.

PILLAR 05
Marketing Administration

Manage the marketing budget, governance framework, procurement, marketing calendar, team performance, and all operational reporting — ensuring the function operates with the discipline required in a regulated financial institution.
