To develop and manage long-term relationships with SME Accounts by connecting with business owners, executives and relevant stakeholders related to the business in an effort to increase revenue to the business.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

SME Account Manager is an independent contractor who is required to;

Meet and exceed revenue targets by achieving KPIs outlined further in this document.

In achieving (1) above, it is expected that you will;

  • Improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Monitored by SME Net Promoter Score
  • Maintain and grow existing customers’ accounts and develop opportunities for the revenue growth on the assigned accounts.
  • Ensure all Account Development Plans (“ADP”), contact details and monthly sales are updated by whatever system is to be used.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  • Liaise with customer’s representatives, whether IT, ICT, legal, financial or otherwise and carry out visits together as scheduled.
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to achieve company’s objectives.
  • Perform any other duties ancillary to or related to the foregoing.



  • Must possess a car or a valid driver’s licenses.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible and long hours.
