Supermarket Assistant Manager

Ram’s Trading Ltd is seeking hardworking, dedicated Supermarket Assistant Managers to oversee the daily operations of the Supermarket.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Supermarket.
• Evaluate Employee performance and training needs.
• Communicate with Customers and evaluate their needs and handle complaints.
• Ensure Employees adhere to Company policies and guidelines.
• Supervise and motivate Employees to perform their best.
• Knowledge in procuring products for the Supermarket.
• Ensure proper inventory Management.
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, revenues, expenses and competition.
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.
• Promote a safe hazard free environment for shopping.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Supermarket Manager or a related Senior Management position.
• Strong Customer Service attitude to communicate directly with Customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working collectively as a team.
