The PDI Coordinator would be a supervisory sales staff position and will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of vehicle pre-delivery activity as well as maintenance and care of showroom and demonstration models.

Job Description

The PDI Coordinator would be a supervisory sales staff position and will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of vehicle pre-delivery activity as well as maintenance and care of showroom and demonstration models.  Strong adherence to quality controls, an eye for detail, and solid time management skills are critical.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The coordination of all procedures involved in the vehicle pre-delivery operation
  • Sequential administration of all PDI documentation
  • The timely follow-up of all related inter-department processes
  • Perform quality checks on work performed by technicians, contractors and PDI staff
  • Ensure that the final delivery product is on time, and is of a quality that meets and exceeds customer expectations
  • Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel, from vehicle request to vehicle delivery
  • Oversee showroom and demonstration model maintenance daily, to ensure optimum condition
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

 Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Time management and priority scheduling skills
  • Retail automotive service experience, preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
