The Process Server is responsible for collecting, serving and lodging legal documents to key stakeholders and providing general administrative support to the Legal Services Branch and the Department in meeting its targets, goals and objectives.

The incumbent directs high-quality, person-centered social care for estate administration by managing complex caseloads, providing crisis intervention, and conducting therapeutic counseling to ensure client safety and legislative compliance.

The incumbent directs the configuration and maintenance of WAN/LAN subsystems and servers while troubleshooting malfunctions and providing technical advice to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable Agency infrastructure and network operations.
