The incumbent leads the preparation and coordination of ministerial and high-level meetings, oversees inter-governmental bodies, manages strategic partnerships and protocol services, and ensures the legal compliance of ACS agreements.

The incumbent is responsible for providing legal advice and opinions, as well as drafting legal documents on matters involving the Secretariat as well as administrative functions as they relate to the legal work of the organisation.

To provide professional Human Resources support to the Secretariat, ensuring continuity, compliance, and timely handling of all HR matters across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR operations.
