The incumbent builds strategic alliances, manages collaboration pipelines and Memoranda of Understanding, conducts advocacy and outreach, and tracks partnership commitments for the ACS.

The Political Officer monitors regional developments, provides strategic advisory support, prepares high-level diplomatic documentation, and manages inter-governmental meetings and mandate-tracking systems for the ACS.
