The incumbent provides administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Director of HR, manages correspondence and schedules, organizes meetings, and maintains confidential files and documentation.

To assist with the execution of training and development programmes for the staff to improve efficiency and productivity, in keeping with the mission of the Department.

The incumbent manages the AuGD's information technology strategy, oversees system development and implementation, ensures security and compliance, and provides technical advice to meet organizational goals and business continuity needs.

The incumbent directs financial statement audits, develops and monitors operational plans, provides technical oversight and training to staff, and represents the Auditor General at various forums.
