The HR Officer II supports recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and HR projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and effective execution of the Bahamas National Trust’s HR functions.

The incumbent leads communications and marketing strategy, manages the BNT brand, advises leadership on media, builds media relations, oversees campaigns, publications, and supervises communications staff to advance organizational goals.

The incumbent develops and implements communication strategies, manages media and social media content, builds stakeholder relationships, and promotes the BNT brand through creative storytelling and advocacy support.
