The Administrative Assistant facilitates the smooth operation of activities undertaken by the Directorate by providing administrative, secretarial and operational support to the Office of the Executive Director.

Reporting to the Librarian, the Records Officer is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, security, and management of records, both physical and electronic and management of the Registry in accordance with established procedures.

The Technician is responsible to conduct routine tests and calibrations and assist with technical duties in testing and calibration, maintenance of physical standards, equipment repair and maintenance to achieve the departmental objectives.
