This position is responsible for maintaining records of all transactions of goods and services provided to customers, preparing invoices, statements and monitoring customers’ accounts, reducing delinquent accounts.

The Technician is responsible for conducting routine tests and calibrations and assisting with technical duties in testing and calibration, maintenance of physical standards, and equipment repair and maintenance to achieve the departmental objectives

The incumbent develops and maintains cost accounting systems, analyzes costs and market changes, monitors input trends, and provides reports and recommendations to improve pricing, efficiency, profitability, and internal controls.

The incumbent directs and manages the Internal Audit Unit, ensuring independence, compliance, and continuous improvement, while guiding risk management, governance, and control to enhance BSJ’s operations.
