To ensure the operational efficiency of plant, equipment and systems, the development and implementation of programs to enhance service delivery and for establishing measures to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Region’s operations.

To ensure compliance of the GWI’s policy systems and to make recommendations or improvement to existing policies and procedures aimed at securing the assets and improving its efficiency.

To provide transportation and administrative support services in support of the Company’s operations.

To provide for the operation of the Region Water Treatment Plant in the abstraction treatment, and storage of potable water for distribution to customers.

To provide for the installation, repair and maintenance of the water transmission and distribution network.

The incumbent extracts and analyzes data from multiple systems to manage Non-Revenue Water, identifying consumption trends, reconciling bulk flow readings, and creating dashboards to monitor losses and improve efficiency across supply districts.
