To provide supervision for the operation and maintenance functions of the production facilities and the transmission and distribution systems.

To provide for the installation, repair and maintenance of the water transmission and distribution network.

To provide for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment used in the Company’s operations.

To ensure the operational efficiency of plant, equipment and systems, the development and implementation of programs to enhance service delivery and for establishing measures to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Region’s operations.

To conduct all commercial service activities (Meter Reading, Bill Delivery, Field Investigation etc.)

To provide transportation and administrative support services in support of the Company’s operations.

To provide assistance to the Legal Department

The role involves operating and maintaining water treatment plant equipment to ensure safe and effective water processing.

Manage the Call Centre and Customer Services Division, including multi-channel customer interactions, billing accuracy, staff supervision, and departmental budget administration.

To deliver the Company targets in respect of customer service, income and debt.
