To provide supervision in order to assure proper recording and documentation of accounting transactions for the preparation of financial statements.

To design, organize and conduct relevant training and development programmes for employees, existing and new at all levels in the organization. He or she acts as the liaison and coordinator of programmes conducted by external training partners.
