Under the supervision of the Management Accountant, the Collection Officer is responsible for the collecting and lodging of public monies, and for the maintenance of the Petty Cash Imprest.

The Registration Assistant, IR assists with administering international registration (Madrid) services for JIPO in keeping with the Intellectual Property (IP) legislation and Madrid Protocol.

Under the supervision of the Manager, Trademarks, Design and G.I. the incumbent is responsible for administering international registration (Madrid) services for the Office in keeping with the IP legislations and JIPO's guidelines and procedures.

To assist in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective communication, public education programme, special programmes, technical assistance projects, consultations, special missions and various developmental activities for the Office.

The incumbent coordinates administrative operations for the Executive Office, manages executive schedules and travel, prepares board reports and minutes, oversees information systems, provides briefing support, and liaises with key stakeholders.

The incumbent coordinates the procurement process by preparing bidding documents, reviewing proposals, maintaining contract registers, processing purchase requisitions, facilitating supplier payments, and assisting with procurement planning.
