The incumbent manages high-value procurement, ensures compliance with GoJ policies, maintains control systems, oversees CUG and contracts, facilitates the Procurement Committee, and provides guidance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

The incumbent oversees budgeting and cash flow preparation, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis, ensuring compliance with guidelines, monitoring variances, and providing leadership, guidance, and audit support.

The Senior Auditor supports audit planning, execution, and reporting, participates in closure activities, and ensures effective internal controls and compliance with the FAA Act, MOCA Act, and related guidelines.
