Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Handyman is responsible for the lifting, transporting and securing of equipment, goods, stationery and other physical assets of the Ministry and assisting with general errands relevant to the Ministry.

The incumbent maintains facility infrastructure by performing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, conducting regular inspections, and managing equipment servicing to ensure all building systems and office spaces remain functional and safe.

The incumbent supports transport operations by coordinating vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning, while assisting with staff supervision, budgetary planning, and operational reporting to ensure fleet efficiency.

The incumbent manages the Chief Technical Director's administrative operations by coordinating schedules, tracking project deadlines, and maintaining filing systems while preparing documents and facilitating communication across departments.

The Property Management Officer is responsible for technical support to Corporate Services Division, to ensure timely, efficient and effective maintenance of the METT’s Corporate building and related facilities.
