The incumbent is required to create and produce images, logos, layouts for magazines, newsletters, brochures and other print pieces for the visual conceptualisation and graphic design of projects for the Ministry/Department.

Develops timelines, reviews study procedures, calculates sample sizes, writes analysis plans, conducts statistical analyses, designs surveys, maintains databases, and interprets data for health research.
The Manager, Change Management is responsible for facilitating and managing the change programme of the Ministry of Health; championing the Integrated Change and Transformation Management Strategy and Plan.
Manages small to medium-sized projects independently or large, complex projects under supervision. Develops plans, budgets, schedules, leads teams, monitors scope, risks, issues, and reports progress to stakeholders.
