Under the supervision of the Director, Human Resource Management, the incumbent is responsible for providing efficient secretarial support to the Human Resource Management and Development Branch.

The Senior HR Management Officer oversees human resource functions to ensure policy compliance and staffing needs, while administering employee benefits in accordance with Staff Orders and Public Service Regulations.
