To guide the implementation of Human Resource activities in accordance with established policies and procedures in order to achieve the Division strategic objectives.

The incumbent provides strategic leadership for transportation and office services by developing policies, managing budgets and fleet operations, and advising senior management to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.

The incumbent leads the Ministry’s enterprise risk management by developing strategies and registers to identify, monitor, and mitigate threats while fostering a risk-aware culture through strategic advice and capacity-building.

The incumbent provides complex legal research and guidance by drafting legislation, and contracts, while supporting policy development, managing litigation as instructing counsel, and representing the Ministry on inter-ministerial committees.
