The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the efficient provision of administrative and secretarial support services to the assigned offices.

The incumbent delivers maternal and child healthcare by conducting clinical screenings, managing immunization and visit schedules, educating families on nutrition, and reporting vital statistics and high-risk cases.

Reporting to the Regional Medical Epidemiologist, the incumbent will be required to assist in conducting, monitoring and coordinating all activities of the treatment, care and support component.

The incumbent coordinates routine accounting tasks by processing invoices, levies, and electronic payments while generating monthly tax reports and reconciling vendor and distributor accounts.

The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out accounting functions including payroll preparation and providing support to the payroll staff to ensure that payroll and other related functions are completed on a timely basis.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining organizational framework for delivery of optimal patient care and planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating the nursing activities.

The Administrator will provide technical and administrative support to the Senior Director of Corporate Services by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining efficient office operations.
